* BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ EACH OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ABOVE AND THAT YOU MEET EACH OF THEM.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SUBMITTING FALSE, INACCURATE, MISLEADING, OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION IN THIS APPLICATION OR ANY RELATED MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM (1) BEING CONSIDERED AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE GUERILLA ALTA CHALLENGE V2.5 (NO SHORTCUTS) AND (2) PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT ITSELF. THIS DOES NOT LIMIT ANY RIGHTS GRANTED TO THE ALTA BRAND (ALSO REFERRED TO AS “TEAM ALTA,” “US,” “WE,” OR “OUR”) THROUGH THIS SUBMISSION OR IN ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN WITH THE ALTA BRAND.
In consideration of being reviewed as a potential participant in the Guerilla Alta Challenge (the “Challenge”), you agree to the following terms and conditions with The Alta Brand or any authorized representative or affiliate (“Producer”).
You understand that Producer may record, photograph, or otherwise capture your voice, image, likeness, appearance, and any statements you make (collectively, “Recordings”) for use in connection with the Challenge. This includes promotional content, merchandising, marketing, and any form of media—now existing or developed in the future—worldwide, and for all time.
If you provide any content, such as videos, images, or written materials (“Submission Materials”), as part of your application or participation, you understand that such materials may also be used in any of the ways described above. You understand participation may involve physically and mentally demanding or risky activities, which you willingly accept. You take full responsibility for ensuring your personal readiness and safety.
If selected, you agree to sign any additional documents required and submit to background checks or health screenings, if requested. You confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate and not under the influence of any substance that may impair you.
Confidentiality:
You agree to keep all information about the Challenge strictly confidential—including its content, cast, events, or outcomes—unless Producer gives express permission otherwise. You understand that disclosing this information may result in legal action, including a ₦250,000 penalty for damages.
Legal Release & Agreement Not to Sue:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue The Alta Brand, its partners, affiliates, sponsors, or anyone involved with the Challenge (“Releasees”) for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses related to your involvement—whether known or unknown. This includes claims involving defamation, emotional distress, or personal injury.
If you breach this agreement or bring a prohibited claim, you agree to cover all legal fees and damages incurred by the Releasees. Your sole remedy in any dispute is monetary damages—no injunctions or disruption of the Challenge or its distribution.
You acknowledge the possibility of unknown facts or claims arising after signing this document and accept full responsibility for them.
By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms.
* YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
** YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RIGHT TO INITIATE OR PURSUE A LAWSUIT IN COURT REGARDING ANY RELEASED CLAIMS.
The Parties intend for any dispute, claim, or controversy, including those related to the interpretation, formation, scope, or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, to be resolved by final and binding confidential arbitration, administered in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and its legal procedures. This arbitration will be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria. The arbitrator will be a retired judge or someone with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, licensed to practice law within Nigeria.
The Parties agree that the remedy for any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive or exemplary damages or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief, except as permitted by applicable law. To the extent required by law, the Parties agree that in arbitration regarding federal or state claims, the arbitrator may award any remedy available in court, and each party will be allowed discovery sufficient to present or defend a claim.
WAIVER OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS – By electronically submitting this application, you agree to resolve any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this application or your participation in the Guerilla Alta Challenge or related events individually, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, except as required by law. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the arbitrator shall not consolidate claims from multiple individuals or preside over any class, collective, or representative action.
The Parties intend to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy through binding arbitration, as permitted by applicable law. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the agreement shall be amended to reflect the Parties’ intent to arbitrate.
By submitting an application, you affirm that you have had sufficient time to read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this arbitration agreement. You also acknowledge that by entering into this agreement, you are waiving your constitutional right to a trial by jury. This agreement to arbitrate shall be binding upon you and The Alta Brand upon submission of this application.
* YOU FREELY AND KNOWINGLY AGREE TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AS OUTLINED ABOVE IN RELATION TO YOUR APPLICATION FOR AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE GUERILLA ALTA CHALLENGE.

Before applying for a chance to compete in the Guerilla Alta Challenge V2.5, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting your application.

You must have created and posted your entry video on social media because the application form requests the link to your entry video. Your video should contain the following:
- How you heard about the Guerilla Alta Challenge
- Why you want to be a part of the Guerilla Alta Challenge
- Why you think you’d be a perfect fit for selection
- Tag @alta.clan and @alta.nate in your post
- You must be a legal citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or have the legal ability to enter, exit, and re-enter Nigeria from abroad.
- You must be fully available and free of all obligations for up to two consecutive weeks between September and October 2025 (exact dates subject to change). This includes being free of personal, work, and family commitments to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the competition.
- You must not be employed by anyone involved in the creation, production, administration, or judging of the Guerilla Alta Challenge, or any member of Team Alta.

All decisions regarding eligibility will be made solely by The Alta Brand and are final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to modify or add to the eligibility requirements or rules at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to deem any individual ineligible—at our sole discretion—if we determine they are sufficiently connected to the development, production, administration, judging, promotion, or distribution of the Guerilla Alta Challenge or affiliated content, or have any relationship with an entity associated with the Challenge that could create the appearance of bias, conflict of interest, or impropriety.
PART A: RELEASE
APPLICANT RELEASE & AGREEMENTIn consideration of being reviewed as a potential participant in the Guerilla Alta Challenge (the “Challenge”), you agree to the following terms and conditions with The Alta Brand or any authorized representative or affiliate (“Producer”).
You understand that Producer may record, photograph, or otherwise capture your voice, image, likeness, appearance, and any statements you make (collectively, “Recordings”) for use in connection with the Challenge. This includes promotional content, merchandising, marketing, and any form of media—now existing or developed in the future—worldwide, and for all time.

- You acknowledge that:
- Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
- Producer is not obligated to select you for the Challenge.
- All rights to the Challenge, the Recordings, and Submission Materials belong solely to Producer.
- Producer may edit, adapt, or distribute these materials as it sees fit, without needing further permission from you.
If selected, you agree to sign any additional documents required and submit to background checks or health screenings, if requested. You confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate and not under the influence of any substance that may impair you.

PART B: AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE
By submitting an application to compete in the Guerilla Alta Challenge (No Shortcuts), you expressly agree and acknowledge that you and The Alta Brand, including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, and partners (collectively, “Event Affiliates”) (Event Affiliates and you, jointly referred to as the “Parties”), mutually agree to arbitrate any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this application (including all sections), the selection process, or your participation in the Guerilla Alta Challenge or related events.The Parties intend for any dispute, claim, or controversy, including those related to the interpretation, formation, scope, or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, to be resolved by final and binding confidential arbitration, administered in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and its legal procedures.
